We look honestly at where your practice is right now, find the constraint that is actually in the way, and build the plan that moves you forward. This is a working day, not a lecture. You will be coached, challenged, and clear by the time you leave.

Strictly limited to a small group, by invitation only. TIC Collective members only.
Registration: $1,100 USD. Includes the Friday mastermind and Saturday's Communication Extravaganza. If you would like to bring staff to the Saturday event, there is a discount for larger teams.
Optional add-on: four weeks of Voxer support with Don and Brandi after the event, while you put the plan into action. $400 USD. Voxer is a free walkie-talkie style app. You press a button and talk, we hear it and talk back, so you get voice support from us as you go, without booking a call.
Inside the Day
Your weaknesses, named and planned for. We map your Working Genius, your productivity DNA, and find the gaps. The lowest seat is not a flaw to fix, it is a seat to fill, and your plan will say how.
Your season of practice. Every practice moves through seasons. We work out which season you are in right now and what that season actually asks of you, so you stop fighting it and start using it.
Your immediate constraint. Every practice has one thing that, if it moved, would move everything else. We find yours, and the whole day builds around it.
Before the day: you will complete a detailed questionnaire ahead of time, so we arrive already knowing your practice and where we can help you most. The day is built around your answers. Nothing is scripted.
What You Leave With
A 90-day plan. Not ideas in a notebook. A clear, written 90-day plan built around your constraint, with the first steps small enough to start on Monday.
Bring your AI agent. If you are already working with an AI agent, bring it with you, laptop open and logged in. We will work with you and your agent together, so your agent leaves knowing your plan and your constraint, and can help you follow through over the 90 days. If you do not have an agent yet, you will see how members are using them and leave knowing what to set up.
Saturday is included. Your mastermind registration includes the Communication Extravaganza on Saturday, February 27, 2027 at Mantra Twin Towns Coolangatta, where we take the communication side of your plan into your whole team.
